Return / Refund Policy

We know you will be completely happy with your purchase of wipes from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. If the product is damaged or defective we will also reimburse for any shipping cost associated with initial purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must include some new and unused product, with all original packaging included.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us directly at info at venturewipes.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number/label, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase as well as the return form provided. Then mail your return the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange/return or exchange. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange/refund.
